Brasserie Max's Sake Martini – Recipe
To try something unique, sample this refined martini-inspired drink. This beverage is airy, scented and drinkable, and complements small pieces of parmesan.
Sake Martini
Serves 1
30ml gin – a quality London dry gin is ideal
15ml Lillet Blanc – an aromatic French aperitif wine
15ml sake – select a smooth, medium-bodied variety
Pour the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake into a shaker, toss in plenty of ice cubes and mix for half a minute until cold. Filter into a pre-chilled martini glass and present.
